This comprehensive training program is ideal for those looking to improve overall fitness. With full-body compound movements, this class is structured to improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance, increase strength, and improve overall body composition. In this class, each station is designed to challenge you mentally and physically.
- STRETCH: Fri 7:45AM-8:30AM
This 45-minute stretching class focuses on lengthening and relaxing tight muscle groups, improving mobility (particularly in the hips and low back), and improving your recovery techniques. Beginning with 15 minutes of self-myofascial release using a foam roller, we will work through knots that may be limiting range of motion, massage sore muscles, and increase circulation. Foam rolling is shown to improve the look of cellulite, reduce soreness, improve mobility, release tension, and prep our muscles for stretching. Then, we will spend the next 30 minutes in a series of poses designed to release those tight muscles!
