TRX/ Kettle Bell
In this class we want to get you very familiar with the TRX. Within the TRX we also add in the TRX Rip Stick and Kettle Bells. We always add cardio to the ends of each set as well. If you aren’t a fan of one exercise its ok because you only do each exercise twice as we are constantly changing this one. It is a full body workout that will help you reach your goals. Using the TRX will really help your Core and much more!
This total body workout that has this name for a reason. We will challenge you by creating stations that last longer than the normal amount of time. You will be pushed to add more reps before stopping, as you will be working at each station for 1 minute. This class is tailored so all levels are welcome as we modify the training to where you are at.
This is a continuation of Spartacus 1. It is set up differently with different exercises and you are not at each station as long but you will be at each station many times. We hit each exercise a lot so that you will learn them well and really get the strength you are looking for. We get asked to do Spartacus 1 and 2 a lot, come see what the buzz about
This class is meant to be different. You will remember this work out and have a love-hate relationship with it. It will work your whole body along with training your body to work harder for a longer period of time. We do stations but in a very different and unique way!
Athletic Advantage 1
We will be working on the complete athlete in a group setting. In Athletic Advantage 1 we will focus more on straight movements. Our focus will be on fitness, speed, and strength within a full body workout. We use new innovative and creative ways to reach all levels. This course goes great with Athletic 2 as they complement each other and are designed to work great together or by themselves.
Athletic Advantage 2
We will be working on the complete athlete in a group setting. In Athletic Advantage 2 we will focus more on side-to-side movements. Our focus will be on fitness, speed, and strength within a full body workout. We use new innovative and creative ways to reach all levels. This course goes great with Athletic 1 as they complement each other and are designed to work great together or by themselves.
Everyone wants to be faster. This is an open-ended clinic to develop your speed and quickness along with your core. We will spend a lot of time with the speed ladder. You will get a lot of reps at a high intensity. This course is a great addition for any sport and any level. It is at a low cost to make it easy to add it to any current program you are currently doing.
Limited group coaching (group size 2-6 people) with emphasis on dynamic warm up, flexibility, core strengthening, upper and lower body strengthening, energy systems development and regeneration. Great class to work out with friends, have fun, stay motivated and keep consistent with exercise program. Best full body work out around.
